So it looks likely they won't be using the licence of another company .
seams to confirm what we where thinking that the tv show will be a conduit into the sin tv brand where we should find the better content on the web shows, although having had a read through their web site today there is talk of subscription services so could only be the tv show thats FTA,
if this is the case it's risky, people don't like paying twice,

The government did get a bill through the House of Commons to cut Ofcom's powers. It was the House of Lords that threw it out.
I suspect there were enough Tory peers who didn't like the idea!! I don't think any government will get that opportunity to push through any bill to limit OFCOM's powers again. I think if Labour win the next election I wouldn't be surprised if they went the other way.

Methinks that peoples' expectations are too high tho. The case of a dangling a carrot before the &£$%^y comes to mind.
I would love if it was before April 1st? What would be good if Sin allowed us on their website to vote for which girls, to use which sets!! That to me, would be a good way to allow further viewer participation in the channel. that probably would be an even bigger carrot!!

i just wonder is it sustainable in this apparent format. it's untried and not without risk.

According to The Independent it was "peers of all parties".
im not setting my expectations too high with sintv. as ive said already, im liking a lot what im seeing from them so far with the babes they signed including Louise Porter of course and also the sets and the website. wont properly judge them until they get up and running on sky and see how they do then.
with the website think they should have a free section with pics vids, webstreams and of course a schedule. and then have a pay section that people have to pay to access (weekly, monthly or yearly)
If its going to be the 1st then its going to be a long but exciting 2 week wait
. Would love to see a food fight in the kitchen/laundry room

Thinking we need to get all those people that put their religion as Jedi on the census forms to ring up Ofcom and say "Sin TV is not the babe channels you are looking for."
I must say having looked at the web stream last week for this show it looks like it could be a good channel and may get me back into watching the shows again, but we shall see when they launch and take it from there.
