This is frustrating. I thought Sony were meant to be a good company. Damn software. I can watch all other internet enabled things on it. Iplayer etc.
All I get is the header card saying it can only be seen via an Internet connection.

Exactly the same on my Samsung TV's freeview - just get the black screen with 'Data Service' popping up. It is there, just unaccessable. I have my TV hooked up to Wi-Fi as well, so i'm not sure what the issue is, unless it's not been given the full go-ahead to go fully live on Freeview?
^That's what I'm hoping. You'd think an announcement would've been made via Twitter or something. You know a bit of a fanfare at getting back on their feet.

I have three different FV devices all giving different OSG's, I have heard before that not all devices work with all services, I know for a fact this is even the case with something as simple as bsx. Life just isn't fair if expanded with their naff sets and 1980's camcorder picture quality can afford to broadcast on FV why can't sin ?
Regarding the problems with receiving Sin TV on Freeview, I think someone said on here that they can already receive it, so if it's not working it's because your TV or Freeview box is not compatible.
To receive these signals the equipment must be compatible with a standard called MHEG-IC. Lots of TVs in the UK have MHEG for digital text but lack the all-important 'IC' extension, meaning that these streaming channels that piggy back on Freeview cannot be decoded.
I suggest googling your TV or PVR model number along with MHEG-IC and see what comes up. If your TV is not compatible then you could get a set top box which is and plug it into your TV via HDMI.
The link below is very useful as it lists compatible devices (look for the Synapse info as that's the service that broadcasts Sin TV).

The below is taken from that page and describes a self-test you can do on your device to check if it's compatible. If you get a red button prompt on 4Music your device should be suitable for Sin TV.
"You can do a quick check to see if your own Freeview HD certified device supports streamed channels by going to 4Music on Freeview channel 18. Do you get a prompt pointing to the red button telling you about extra channels? Does it tell you your receiver is compatible? Similar services also exist linked to channels 35 and 135."

looks like Jess West could be leaving s66 as because of all their recent signings, they haven't given her anyshifts this month. think she'd be a great addition to the sintv roster both for the sky show & x-stream

if Jess was to join then they would actually have a woman i would call again, because right now they have nothing that interests me at all
oh and if she dosent do the xstream channel, then sin can burn in hell

Rammy you just proved my free transfer theory
With out sounding harsh here but what makes people think that Jess West would even consider joining sin with all the pay issues they have had. I don't here or see any other girls lining up to join them.
