To begin with i was very positive. I am sure they will compete very strongly with the other channels with their SKY content. However what will their web only shows provide?
I thought the web only shows would provide something that is slightly stronger than what is allowed on TV. However their webshows have become a lot tamer recently.
Is this because they are practising for when they launch on TV? Or will their webshows be exactly the same as what is on TV?

i think babes like Lacey, Ella, Kara and Kerry will do stronger stuff on the webshows and Tori got naked the other day when she was on the x stream. There would be no point in having Louise Porter or Tiffany on the x streams though as they are very tame models and won't get naked
unless they get a dramatic change in call numbers when they go live to tv, i wont hold up much hope for the web only shows.
they will either want to charge to much per minute or they will be very tame unless they get huge tips.
but hey thats just me being pessimistic... theres always the rare chance this channel might change the standard by which these shows are produced.
the content sin have had on the last 2 days is defiantly meant to be tv safe, it is so different from what they have had on before as to be like it was made by a different channel,
i think that once the tv is live the top notch web shows we have seen will be back, as they are this channels USP and what will set it apart from all the others,
Going on what I've seen all week in the evenings, I haven't seen the day shows, I think the web channel should be renamed to "Lets not commit a SinTV"

If the streams are openly available via the net, then they are being 'broadcast to the public'. Those streams may not be 'publicised', but they are freely available.
Whether Sin want them to be recorded and posted is another matter, but that is for them to decide not you. All the content posted is copyrighted to Sin, just as all the recorded material posted elsewhere is copyrighted to the respective channels, but they give their blessing and permission for most of the free to air stuff to be posted.
If you have an issue with this, rather than publicly slate everyone, try contacting admin, it has been stated that he is in contact with Sin, so he can look into it with them and determine if there is any action required.
Obviously the situation with streams may change when the sky channel launches, and the website 'pay wall' begins, but for now there doesn't seem to be an issue with the stuff posted.

As for it’s not for me to decide I totally agree with you but like I said if it’s not shown to the public then it would be classed as content within a site & if I’m not mistaken the forum is heavy on removing copyright material this then means the pic’s & vids without the OSG’S should be under the copyright law…

Not for me, i worked it out myself when others on here were saying they didn't have these 'codes', but you already know that.
I'm commenting because certain people have contacted me and tried telling me not to post any videos from these streams, more than one person, but again, you already know that. So no need for anyone else to try telling me, i'll follow the guidlines set out by the moderating team, not other members who relied on people like to even know how to record these streams

There is a little contradiction in your post which you, or HEX!T, might wish to clarify.
The 'openly available' streams are the initial/default live stream and, for now, the X-Streams. If there are any other streams they are not freely available since anyone who has found these has relied on subtifuge to access them.
So, if that picture was not broadcast on the streams that are published on the website they are not freely available.
Really. Care should be taken. The channel is looking for the support of the forum. Support is fickle and it only takes a few words etc. out of place and the forum could have another Bluebird on its hands.

coz thats always an option when they go behind the paywall and the current streams stop working.
what are you all going on about, the mods have already stated that admin has been in contact with sin and they have no problem with any of the content that has been posted up so far, sin have even been quite happy to re-tweet stuff with no OSG on so looks like they are not worried at the moment,
now once the x streams go behind a pay wall that's different thing all together and would guess their would be some clarification from the form mods, hopefully they will still allow caps like BSX do,
95% of the content on here is posted up with out OSG on it, going by what you say it should all be removed wtf,
sin have done nothing so far to show they want to get on the wrong side of a lot of there potential customers who use this forum, why do you think that is going to change
