unless i missed something, i thought we already knew what the cracks were from last weeks ep? there was nothing new about the cracks as all they were saying was that some cracks they could see other people, just like the crack in ep 1 where prisoner zero escaped from. the silence was new tho, after all the silence is coming...

I cant remember the David Tennant persona ever shouting at his assistant as the new doc has on a number of occasions so far!!!

didn't some of the older doctors do it? i have a vague recollection of pertwee, troughton andn hartnell all doing that at some point or another... even mccoy too

you could well be right, i really didn't start watching till Peter Davison (im only a nipper lol Wink ) and have seen very few of the older episodes prior to that (though i plan to one day.) so cant compare to some of those you mentioned.
Maybe its just i feel i have analysed this Doctor more than ever before as when i first saw him i really thought he was a strange choice so i have been more attentive to his character traits. Having said that i have been very impressed with Matt Smith so far !
Nice to see one of the early Dr's represented in the psychic paper ID. I think it was Patrick Troughton but it was very quick.

Weakest episode of the new series so far, I'm afraid. What could have been a great story with vampires, decended into crap when it was revealed the vampires were "fish from space"... Oh dear.... I hope things get back on track with the next episode. Sad

Sorry, but this is just the way I saw it last week. In my opinion they could have done so much more, it just got a bit too far-fetched. After the dalek and weeping angels stories, last week's story was a big let down.SadSadSad
Happy to report that the latest Doctor Who was very good, re-introduced the dilemma / terror theme, and got the series back on track. Smile
Looking forward to next weeks episode as Amy seemed to be wearing her shortest skirt yet in the teaser at the end of today's winner of an episode.
