Ronnie O'Sullivan has in the last few minutes completed a 6-0 whitewash of Matthew Selt and finished in style with a magnificent 147 maximum break.
He nearly missed the final blue though eek.
Utter genius.
If you did not see it on interactive or Eurosport you can catch the highlights on BBC2 at 11.20pm.
Been a surprising tournament given some of the names to get this far, but the superior talent seem to be making the difference now.
If I ever have to watch a match with Rod Lawler in it ever again I will record it and watch it in fast forward, he will then look like he is playing normal speed.I know not everyone plays at the pace of O'Sullivan and Trump but that was the most mind numbing play I have witnessed since steady Eddie Charlton hung up his cue.
Saw the highlights as recommended, frame 5 had me fooled, was waiting to see some amazing shot to get on the red next to the green, but that was just the warm-up.
I am surprised that the referee didn't ask Ronnie to tuck his shirt tails in, looked a right scruff, what with him in trainers as well.
Now they'll all be wanting a sprained ankle, where can I get one? Wink
O'Sullivan completed a tense 6-4 win over Anthony McGill this afternoon.
Stuart Bingham also through after an epic struggle to beat Graeme Dott 6-5.

Tonight Judd Trump leads Mark Davis 4-1 while Stephen Maguire has a 3-1 advantage over Marco Fu.
Davis lost quite unluckily, really, though Trump was by far the better player anyway.
The final will be between Ronnie O'Sullivan and Judd Trump.
O'Sullivan recovered from 4-1 down to level at 4-4 before Stuart Bingham retook the lead at 5-4. The Rocket then knocked in breaks of 117 and 94 to claim an impressive 6-5 comeback win.
Trump surged into a 4-0 lead before Stephen Maguire surged back to trail only 5-4.
The Bristolian was not to be denied though and won frame 10 and with it seal a 6-4 victory.
Judd Trump's assessment of his performance so far in final "Absolute poop so far, need to play 10 times better to have a chance"

Ronnie leads 5-3 after 1st session
Ronnie O'Sullivan is the UK Champion for a fifth time after a nailbiting 10-9 over Judd Trump.
After increasing a 5-3 interval advantage into a 9-4 lead all seemed to be heading for a straightforward win for the Rocket.
But Trump came roaring back with some blistering snooker to level at 9-9.
O'Sullivan steeled himself for one last desperate push for the line and made a quality frame and match winning break to seal a memorable triumph.
Well done to Judd for making a final of it with 5 straight frames from 9-4
