bit puzzled by the scheduling, surely the two matches that had potential for two sessions should have played morning and evening. Robertson v Trump instead playing afternoon and evening and thus afternoon session finished a frame early with Trump 9-6 up
It's gone for a last frame decider between Hawkins and Dale.

Barry Hawkins has been totally outplayed by Dominic Dale in this session but Barry managed to pull it back to 12-12.
Amazing stuff at the Crucible.
Barry Hawkins is through to face Ronnie after shutting out Dominic Dale in a deciding frame to win 13-12.
Remarkable fightback in vain for the brave Welshman after winning 7 frames in a row to lead 12-11.
Hawkins himself showed tremendous courage though to win the last two frames in sealing victory and force a rematch of last years final against the 'Rocket'.
When Dominic was behind 11-5 you wouldn't have given him a prayer of making a comeback. But after winning 7 games in succession to give him a 12-11 lead then you wouldn't then have given Barry a chance..

In the other match Trump is leading Robertson 9-8.
Now 11-9 to Trump.
Impressed with Trump's maturity and care and attention to each shot.
Robertson is a super hard match player and Trump will have to earn victory because Robertson will make life difficult.
Could yet be an interesting finish.
Quality of safety play is excellent right now.
Well done Neil Robertson 100 Centuries in a season and back to 11-11 in the match
Trump will be so disapppointed if he loses from 6-2 and 11-8 up.
In all truth he has not done all that much wrong but his opponent is just ridiculously hard to see off.
Roberson's performance from 11-8 reminds me of semi final between Mark Williams and John Higgins when Williams won title. He played flawless snooker to win from 14-10 down to win 17-14
So the semi finals are:

Ronnie O'Sullivan v Barry Hawkins (starting at 1pm)

Neil Robertson v Mark Selby (7pm start)
Dominic Dale did superbly well to make it that close - many supposedly better players have failed at this task during the tournament. Sadly, Pob-face still won.

Caught the end of Robertson's historic frame, and glad he kept it together to win the match, too Smile
