That doesn't stop them putting their phones on silent Wink

Having been to the Crucible and various other tournament venues I know that prior to every session people are advised to have their phones switched off or in some cases put on silent.
No excuses. It is offputting, disrespectful and out of order to let phones go off.

What's it like at the crucible? I've always wanted to go as well. Are the views good mate?
I have been several times and yes the view is excellent no matter where you sit.
But its the atmosphere that really makes it especially with the one table situation.
A real gladiatorial cauldron of pressure and intensity.
Well done Mark Selby let's hope he can beat Ronnie although personally I thought Neil had better chance
I'll be rooting for Selby Smile
Key for Selby to get a good start.
Cannot afford to let Ronnie get a clear lead of 6-2 or more. We all saw what happened when he led Shaun Murphy and Barry Hawkins 6-2.
Two frames gone and Ronnie leads 2-0.
Selby needs to get on the board quickly.

Edit: 102 break. 3-0!!
Current in play odds on betfair

Ronnie - 1/10
Selby - 11/2
If Selby can win frame 4 he might start to settle.
If not the alarm bells will be ringing very loudly.
Pressure on.
Mark Selby finally won the fourth frame Smile But Ronnie should have won it.
So 5-3 to O'Sullivan after session one.
Good effort by Selby but he will rue a missed black in frame 8 with a chance to level at 4-4.
If he can go in at worst 10-7 down tonight he will stand a chance going into tomorrow.
Anything better than that would be fantastic for him.
Ronnie will be looking to push on for a 11-6 lead or better.
