Williams recovered from 9-5 down but could not finish the job and Murphy held his nerve to clinch victory in an absorbing final.

yeah apparently he typed Barnsley into his sat nav .... but it was a village named Barnsley not the "main" Barnsley

World Open notable as Dominic Dale stunned Ronnie 5-4 in a first ever win for "the Spaceman" over "the Rocket".

Dale lost to Fergal O'Brien in the next round.

Stuart Bingham 2-5 John Higgins

Kyren led 5-3 and 47-1, but Thepchaiya came back to win a decider.

And Trump beat Higgins by the same score.
