Akira special steelbook edition £24:99. Get a new digitally restored version of akira along with a DVD full of extras and a 32 page booklet
I highly recommend Willy Wonka And Chocolate Factory The Gene Wilder version, this film brings back great memories for me. On Blu Ray the picture quality is out this world and sound is presented in 5.1 cinema sound and there's a few extras and all for £5.99 bloody good bargain Smile.
Got Unknown on blu ray today starring Liam Neeson, had a quick look at the film and the transfer to blu ray is really good its crystal clear and the sound is of good quality too and you get a good few extras plus a dvd copy of the film not bad for 13 quid.
Watched Unknown yesterday, very good movie.
Thanks lancealot790 with you giving this film the thumbs up i know am gonna love it Smile
Not much of a dvd / blu ray buyer, but I recommend getting The Fighter. It has a very good story, with good action sequences and some briliant acting, especially from Christian Bale
The two blu ray film's that i would recommend buying are Source Code and Limitless. Both film look gorgeous in blu ray the picture quality is crystal clear and the sound as well especially if you have a 5.1 cinema system. Both films don't come with a lot of extra but the ones that are there are decent. Limitless you get for a tenner on Amazon which my book is bargain and source code is about is about 13 quid. Will review the films on the last watched film thread when i get round to watching them Smile.
I would highly recommend Fast & Furious 5, from the quick look i've had of it the picture quality is really good and really shows off the film well on blu ray. The sound is top notch as well and if you have it hooked up to a home cinema system then its really thumping. There's loads of extras and the blu ray package comes with cinema and extended cut of the film, its a triple play so you get the blu ray, dvd and digital copy of the film and places like amazon and asda online are selling it for 13 quid, also comes in a tin case edition too but you have to a little for that. My next blu ray i will be getting will the 9 disc star wars sage fingers crossed could get a lil early maybe by the weekend Smile.
me and you are psychic here kalel76 as i got this on my way to work this morning at hmv for £14.99 (none steelbook) which is great value for money especially as its a triple play bluray and has both the theatrical and extended versions of the film on it (which i didnt know about till youve said)

my next bluray is also the starwars complete saga 9 disc blu-ray box set which i will be picking up on my way home from work. am watching the dvd versions this week to get me all star wars excited
I would recommend both The Matrix and The Dark Knight on blu-ray, especially TDK. Stunning.

I only have 5 at the moment. Haven't watched Robocop or Rocky properly yet, but I got Watchmen too, and that looks good as well.
