Completely agree, Disney do short change in this area with the marvel bluray with a lack of digital copy for Uk/Europe
Funny that's exactly what I said lol.
Highly recommend picking up Heat Directors Definitive Edition, I have this film a Blu Ray steel book which I have wrapped up this new version is a 2 disc set the picture quality has a fully restoration supervised by Michael Mann so the picture and Sound quality are better then either.
Extras:

Filmmaker Panek 2026 Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences, 2015 Toronto International Film Festival.
The Making of Heat (3-Part Documentary)

A good choice for music biopics,La Bamba(1987)

I got it from a Leeds market for £6Smile

Lou Diamond Phillips's is superbly likeable as Richie Valens, tragically killed in 1959 at age 17 along with Buddy Holly and The Big Bopper. The film is a sentimental but hugely enjoyable account of Valens' tough upbringing, relentless dedication to music and fued with his father who disapproved of his girlfriend.Nicely remastered picture and soundtrack add to this underated gem.

Extras :

Commentaries
Making of featurette
Music videos
Also recommend Tower Of London(1962)

Roger Corman takes on Shakespeare with great results.Vincent Price is wonderfully devious as power hungry Richard of Gloucester, who kills way to the throne but ends up being consumed by his own guilt. It all looks stunning on remastered blue ray HD.

Extras :

Commentary
Featurettes
Collectable booklet
Picked up Falling Skies seasons 1-4, this is one of the better Sci-fi tv series, and the boxset comes with plenty of extras.

Found it in PDSA charity shop for £4.99, Great bargain
Highly recommend Mildred Pirece(1945)

Bought it from a local market for £6.

A Michael Curtis film noir melodrama adapted from James M.Cain's novel.Joan Crawford is as a doting mother whose struggles to keep balance of her career, relationships with men and her daughter. The blu ray transfer is so crisp too,its never looked better.

Extras :

Documentary
Featurettes
For fans of Niel Jordan's work,I recommend The Crying Game(1992)

Bought it from a local market for £8.

Regarded by man as one of director Niel Jordan's best efforts, with excellent performance from Stephen Rea and Jaye Davidson.

Extras :

Audio commentary
Documentary
Alternative ending
Collectable booklet
I recommend Real Steel, i managed to find this in Cash Converters for £1.99, basically Rocky with robots, it looks great on Blu Ray and comes with plenty of extras including deleted scenes, directors commentary and and good featurettes
