Star Trek: The Next Generation Season 2.

Am a massive Star Trek fan so picking up this Blu Ray Boxset was a no brainier. I have every single Star Trek series just missing Season 3 of the original Star Trek series just waiting for the Blu Ray to drop in price.
Now I the complete Star Trek The Next Generation 1-7 on DVD and finding out that have digitally remastered and there's a massive difference from the DVD version.
The picture is stunning and as good as it's gonna get it's a 4:3 ratio in how it was broadcasted on tv.
The visual effects look way better and much more detailed. The colours really pop out on screen with uniforms, i used to think that Data, Geordi and Wolf wore the same colour uniforms but on the remaster Blu Ray there different colours Data uniform is more of gold colour & Geordi is more of a mustard colour. Even the red uniforms look a rich deep red, the blue uniforms used to look turquoise now a deep blue such a huge difference.
The sound is remastered with a 7.1 DTS-HD mix and it sounds good.
Extra wise you get a Extended Version of the Ep "The Measure of Man" (HD & Hybrid Versions), one of best Next Gen Eps regarding if Data is living being and the extended version fleshes out the story.
Reunification - a 25 year cast reunion.
Making it so - a 2 Part Next Generation documentary
Deleted scenes
Gag reel from the original 36mm film.
Audio commentary on "The Meadure of A Man" (Extended Version) & "Q Who?" Eps.

I picked this up brand new for about £6.05 I have Season 1 already if can pick up the rest of seasons at a similar price then I would happily rebuy them. Highly recommend picking this up.
Bought DC's Legends of Tomorrow Season 2 for £25 from a market in Leeds.

A must for fans of the comic and more accessible than its sister shows due to lesser amounts of angst.A really exciting yarn with loads of fun nods to its own influences.

Extras :

Featurettes
Comic-Con panel
Gag reel
Deleted scenes
Also highly recommend American Gods Season 1.I bought it for £25 from the same market in Leeds.

Although I was disappointed by the lack of significant extras the show itself is essential.Dealing with the theme of belief and its power over people,be it weaponised, tolerant and absolute. It hits home in the wake of recent events all over Europe.

Extras :

Interviews
Panel reads
Featutettes
Highly recommend Stormy Monday(1988)

Picked it up for £6 at a Sunday market in Leeds.

Great performances from Tommy Lee Jones,Melanie Griffith and Sean Bean in this noirish, romantic thriller that takes the rise out of Britain, kowtowing to the USA during Thatcher's era.

Extras :

Commentary
Featurette
Stills gallery
Another classic that I highly recommend is The Graduate(1967) : The 50th Anniversary Edition

Found it for £10 in Granger Games.

Mike Nicols' incredibly funny and stylish satire gets the 4k treatment and is all the note enjoyable for it.

Extras :

Audio commentaries
Interviews
Featurettes
Screen tests

I would highly recommend Dreamscape(1984)

Bought it for £6 from B & M Bargains.

Great work from Dennis Quaid as a psychic, employed by an equally brilliant Max Von Sydow to infiltrate the dreams of his patients.Inventive, smart and funny,a bit of a shame that this version is trimmed in places from the original release.

Extras :

Audio commentary
Interviews
Test footage

Highly recommend Season 3 of The Flash on Blu Ray, it comes in a nice slip case with all the Eps and Extras spread across 4 discs.
The picture as always is a 1080p transfer and it's crisp in detail and rich in colour along with sound equality which sounds great. You get these extras:

A Flash in Time: Time Travel in the Flash Universe
Villain School: The Flash Rogues
Allied: The Invasion Complex (The Flash)
Rise of Gorilla City
The Flash: I’m Your Super Friend
The Flash: Hitting the Fast Note

I just bought The Big Bang Theory : Season 10(2016/17)

£25 from Home Bargains, clever and seemingly getting funnier but I was a tad disappointed by the lack of extras.Although I do strongly recommend it for fans of the show.
