After a 134 run win in the 1st Test New Zealand fought hard after being put into bat by West Indies on a difficult pitch. At stumps they stand at 294-6. Nicholls is 117 not out. The pick of the bowlers were Gabriel 3-57 & Holder 2-65.
Delighted that the Big Bash league is underway and on BT Sport again.

West Indies were bowled out for 317 in their 2nd innings, Holder top scored with 61 & debutant keeper Da Silva made 57. Wagner had the
best figures for the Kiwi's with 3-54.
Big Bash
Hobart Hurricanes were bowled out for 146, with McDermott & Ingram both scoring 46. Siddle had impressive figures of 3.3-0-16-5.
Adelaide Strikers got home with 8 balls to spare. Weatherald finished 68 not out & Carey made 55.

Bit shocked waking up this morning & switching on Radio 5LiveXtra, to here Australia batting, after India held a first innings lead Australia only require 50 runs. India have bee bowled out for 36 in their 2nd innings, highest scorer was Agarwal with 9. Hazelwood 5-3-8-5 & Cummins 10.2-4-21-4. At one stage 4 wickets went down on 15.This is the lowest score on this ground, & India's lowest Test score, beating the 42 they made against England at Lords in 1974.
