I guess even after apologising any chances of Monty getting a recall have disappeared. It was nice to have seen him apologise, but I personally any further England appearances have been well and truly pissed.
I would not rule out a return to the England set up in the fullness of time. He can be a match winner on his day.
Darren Lehmann has called for all the Australian fans to make Stuart Broad cry when they play in Australia this winter over his blatant cheating in this ashes series.

Broad was criticised for deciding not to walk after edging Ashton Agar to slip via keeper Brad Haddin's gloves.

Stupid comments from a good manager bladewave After all when has any Australian ever walked Rolleyes

Why? What has he done that's deserving of a life ban? If he sorts himself out regarding his personal life and starts taking wickets again I don't see why he can't be recalled.
A bit brainless on Lehmann's part having a go at Broad, just stirring in up,not what you expect from some one in a senior position, you wouldn't see Andy Flower getting involved in this way.Lehmann should be focusing on his own teams problems, already there are signs of a man under pressure to get results.
While ever Swann is fit and available he's the first choice spinner for England .Monty ,who let's be honest here , has always been a bit of a joke selection ,ever since his debut .He's not completely without talent as a bowler ,but his good days are very few and far between .His batting overall is dire ,although to be fair he's helped save a couple of crucial test matches. Has for his fielding (now this is an area any cricketer can easily improve on with practise), Monty doesn't seem to get any better .He's a lovely bloke ,but after "pissgate" I think the writings on the wall for Monty at test level .

Totally agree Swann is by far the best option as he can bowl well even on a pitch not assisting spin and adds good fielding and useful lower order batting to the team. However that said I don't feel that Monty's goosed is totally cooked yet. It remains to be seen I guess.
Andy Flower is having a press conference at 9:30am.

Edit: In the conference it was announced that Hugh Morris will leave his position as managing director of cricket and will join Glamorgan

Andrew Strauss has already been working with Morris & will only be working for Sky for the Ashes in Australia which just happens to be when Morris finishes.
After the antics of Monty we now have England's Ashes heroes involved in another Pissgate scandal, they got rumbled by the Aussie media, stirring the shit !
