Still a decent athletics return over the last couple of days though.
2 silvers and 2 bronzes.
Not bad at all.

I was bemused that Dina A-S managed to run in that team event when she was a bit injured to do her individual ones. But pleased about it

Said she wasnt fit enough to do the 200 heats and final but wanted to do the relay because the girls were relying on her

dont think she would have the endurance to do the 200

she was still fast enought in the 100 metres to have competed

Team GB up to 58 medals now.

A few extra days rest could make all the difference for the 4x100 but running the bend in the 200 could easily aggravate a niggling injury. Micheal Johnson was talking about it a few days ago.
