So of the 19 defending british gold medallists we have 15 golds 2 silver and one bronze.

Cho and Walkden both thru to taekwondo semis.

Bianca beat reigning olympic champion to nil and looked awesome. Mahama won in golden point against opponent he had never beaten. Keep fingers crossed.

Modern pentathlon update:
Joseph Choong in 2nd place going into the final discipline.
It resumes later. Can he win a medal?

Both lost .
Bronze medal bouts for both

Its all gone tits up in the last hour both lost semis and Penathlete having a nightmare shooting

Joseph Choong has fallen away badly in the last event to drop out of the medals .

It's been a bad few hours for team GB We've failed to get potential medals in Ladies golf, and pentathlon, and diving.

if germany win this, i fear for their fans afterwards!

From 1am we have Walkden and Cho in bronze medal bouts.
At 1.15am Lynsey Sharp goes in the 800m - outside bet for a medal. Then it's Mo Time.

Tomorrow all the focus will be on Joe Joyce.
Other than that I think that's yer lot .
