Her chief rivals all have faster times than her both this season and overall.
If she gets a medal then that would be a good result imo.
I so want her to do well.
Best wishes to her.

And as it happens she didn't make it to the final Sad
Pyschic Snooks strikes again !!
Karriss Artingstall takes bronze in the womens featherweight boxing.
Dina Asher Smith didn't look 100%. She's either carrying an injury or she was under prepared (due to a previous injury), as she faded badly towards the finish. Which could also be a problem if she's running in the 200m.
Some positive news......
The GB sailing team have good prospects for medals in numerous disciplines.
A decent medal haul seems very possible in the coming days on the water.

Keely Hodgkinson is one to keep an eye on for the future in British middle distance running.
She is blessed with genuine maturity and tactical intelligence as well as natural ability.
She, along with Jemma Reekie and Alex Bell are into the final of the womens 800m.
All three produced very fine semi final runs.

Wish all three the best in the final.

Dina's time will come, if its any consolation to her this was the fastest women's 100m final in Olympic history and she would have had to smash her British record just to get Bronze.
