i know hes dun track cycling before with wiggins as his partner in that event whatever its called! wasnt sure if he was there again or not! armistead is in the womens road race 2moro if i remember rightly so lets hope she can do it!

Well that was a cluster fuck by the GB cyclist. OH look a breakaway group has gone. It only contains top cyclist in it, we'll just sit here and watch them go.
i think miley will get a medal in the swimming later, as long as she isnt too far behind after the butterfly leg then i think she will hav a great chance of a medal! just hope shes in touch after her weak leg!
