Oh and i hope you keep the camera angle were by the viewer can't see what the girls are doing between the legs. Thus keeping up with 'liestations' standards.

If no one wanted to watch them, no one would buy Xtreme and we'd stop broadcasting it, etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc and the rest.

You don't want to watch them.

Get down there man, that sounds like our kind of show.

Haha yeah I didn't notice that until after I'd posted it.

But, surely, those that DO want to watch them would watch more often if you told Ofcon where to shove their ridiculous rules?

I know I would be prepared to spend if your product was full R18.

Maybe, maybe not.

I don't think it matters what licensing laws we broadcast under; sometimes it's just good to not bring an extra attention on yourself. I'm not saying 100% that's the reason, it's mere speculation by me, but probably has something to do with it.

It's not good to" bring an extra atention" because we have an organisation like Ofcon creating a culture of fear amongst you, as broadcasters.

FFS, this is the 21st century and our neigbours in Europe, including the country where you hold your licence, have been broadcasting proper adult entertainment for years, no fear of retribution or censure.

It is pathetic and you, as a collective of broadcasters which includes TVX and the Playboy Group, are a bunch of pathetic fannies.

The question is, would you be prepared to spend enough for the station to pay the fines for infringing broadcasting regulations?

They wouldn't get any fines from Ofcom mate , freeview Ch 96 is regulated by NICAM not Ofcom . NICAM stands for "Netherlands Institute for the Classification of Audio-visual Media" , it's not clear what BS if they choose to can actually show using this Dutch adult licence , but there's one thing for sure it's not regulated by Ofcom and Ofcom can't give BS any fines , Ofcom have said themselves that the BS channels with a Dutch licence are NOT regulated by them .

Wherever they hold their licence, they still are abiding by Ofcon's "No Penetration Must be Seen" ruling.
Ofcon still win.
I thought Freeview was owned by the BBC and ITV, so anyone showing R18 would surely be kicked of the air immediately, regardless of what any regulator thought about it or did about it.

To be honest i've never thought about it like that before , you could be right , whatever is or is not allowed by various regulators from different country's the owners of the tv networks such as Sky , freeview , Cable etc probably have a say as to what content is shown on their tv platforms , this could also answer the question that some people have asked as to why the feeview unencrypted babe channels seem to be at times tamer than the Sky only shows , maybe the owners of freeview don't want the content to be quite so explicit as the Sky owners ? .
