Well I don't see the content myself or watch the show. But it's going to be about as hard as you can get away with on an encrypted adult channel, like all the other stuff. So don't be expecting penetration or full on porn, we quite like our broadcast license and wish to keep it! 
So therefore it's not 'hard' at all. Isn't that misleading purchasers? Particularly when it's relentlessly advertised on other channels as 'hard porn'.

Well I can't speak for other channels. I also think it's fair to say most people know you can't put full on hardcore porn on television, so won't be expecting it. It's hard compared to anything you'll find on a non-encrypted channel, so I think it's fine to say 'hard'.

If you don't see the content, watch the shows, etc how do you know it's "hard compared to anything you'll find on a non-encrypted channel" or "as hard as you can get away with on an encrypted adult channel".

However you expect viewers who are led to believe that the show is 'hard' to know that it actually isn't/can't be 'hard' - so they obviously are mind readers.
As cwpussylover says it was good while the live shows were explicit if not 'penetrative hardcore' you were aware that it was taking place. But now they are just softcore rubbish and as a certain british company who has many of the girls on it's dvd's is selling three hours for £5 I know where my money is going.

Oh, come on!!! It was perfectly obvious what he meant; you just took advantage of his imperfect wording to make a fatuous response. There are as many complaints on here about the constant Xtreme plugging as there are about the black boxes - there's no way you didn't know about it. Besides, if you don't know about what your company is doing you shouldn't be here as a spokesperson - at least not without checking the facts before making a reply.
Edit: Cellcast is doing exactly what conmen used to do before porn was legalised in the UK. They used to sell soft videos claiming they were hard porn and trusted that their victims would be too embarrassed to complain. Mostly it worked, but eventually some were brave enough to take legal action and won their cases.
What you are doing is basically just fraud.
