anyone else getting our favourite girl ... the loading screen on 914?
- just got back from work and what a great start from elite.... then there is some guy on 965 stream which obviously is still left on COME ON its a saturday night!
Yep, only stream 965 works and it's an empty set :/
This is annoying. Can't watch either stream. Don't even know who's on.

If Elite don't pull there finger out and get the problem with D2See sorted, or them kicked into touch. there going to start losing customers on mass.
I don't know what's starting to piss me off more. There blatant incompetence and inability to get the job done, Or there total lack of respect to there customers.
Not once has any representative from Elite, come on here, to apologize for any inconvenience caused. Neither have they put anything on the website apologizing for it.
I'm sorry Elite, but this is getting beyond a joke now. That shiny Elite symbol of yours is starting to tarnish around the edges.
Yet again the steam suppliers are excelling themselves.

Thanks guy's for the support. It's been well over a week since I've had any response out of them at all.
I have sent several E-Mails to them however in regards to this problem, but as of yet, no response to any of them, or action taken to fix the problem.
According to Alan, in his last E-Mail to me, he said they act on all E-Mails as soon as they get them. So I have just sent them another rather strongly worded E-Mail, similar to my statement above. So lets test that theory, to see if they really do act on them, as quickly as they say they do.
Maybe by getting nasty, they may fix it once and for all. Either that, or they will just ban me from their website.
But I thought we've waited long enough to get this fixed, so I decided to step things up a bit.
914 being down is most likely due to the supplier, but if only someone from Elite would periodically check the stream output on their site, they could have at least temporarily swapped the 965 feed. That way, there wouldn't be 3+ hours (and counting) of an empty set on a Saturday.

In order for Quiquems to of got those caps, then the stream must have been active, and being transmitted by D2See. Which means the problem isn't with D2See at all, as Elite claim. The problem is with the player they use to show the stream, being unable to connect to it.
So why don't they use a different player! Or rewrite the xml script that controls it, to make it more stable. I'm beginning to think they don't know how to fix it, so they are fobbing us off with any old excuse to pull themselves out the shit.
And by all means Elite, feel free to come on here and tell me I'm wrong. Believe me any response, even one saying I am wrong, is better than no response at all.
