I think enough people have made the point already, but I would just like to add on a technical note...its pants.
So many people have pointed out that the stream is total f**king shit and i cant agree with you more. It has put me off watching any of the girls on eliteTV becasue of this. Theres no point in paying to call or for a membership if this is what elite have to offer theIR customers. Its not like there arent getting enough money to not fix it, £1.50 a minute to call.

Well, I've relayed all your concerns about the faults with the webstream onto both Elite's technical crew, and Orca's technical crew.
But ever since they introduced the new security, the streams have progressively deteriorated. I have also provided them with the link to this thread, so they can read for themselves, just how bad it's got.
But to be honest, I'm about as fed up with them as you lot are. So we will just have to wait and see if they get it sorted.

Thanks for doing that Ace. I can understand that the streams might sometimes be sub-standard, but the real mark of a company is in how it deals with problems like this one. I filled in the online report form just after my post in this thread yesterday afternoon, and did not get any reply, not even an acknowledgement that they'd received my report. It does not create a good impression, and if the stream problems continue for much longer that impression will get worse still.

I've never had a reply after making a report and i can assure you i have done many reports.

Lost count how many times it's happened but its about 12 times since 9:30 everything was fine until then...
Constantly refreshing to regain any decent stream is so very enjoyable...
