They are apparently too busy sourcing out more US pornstars to fill their ailing S66 USA venture.
July is the start of the 3rd month of the webstream problems.
I'm guessing if this continues long enough, they can try to sell it as a feature of their channel. The only babe channel that can consistently have a webstream messed up, so it can bleed customers to the other channels.
Since it went 'down' over the weekend, I can not see it being 'fixed' until Monday morning at the earliest.
But shouldn't a stream provider have staff 24/7 to cover such issues unless the provider is so aware of the issue that it can no longer be arsed.
Memo to Firestorm. Stop using that Vic20. A C64 is the minimum these days.
Well. Stream 1 still somewhat buggered when I checked this morning. Not quite a bad as last night, but still crap compared to the other webstreams for connectivity.
Edit: and as I posted this. It looks like stream 1 is finally fixed. For how long? I guess I'll just have to start a counter like the xxx many days without a workplace accident to see if it has any long lasting effect on stability.

Well. After about 1 day without issues.
Stream 2 is now nattered.
Seriously, this and actually losing Caty to BS is driving me into BS's arms. Silly S66.
I guess I'll start the counter now to see how long webstream 2 is disrupted.
I know you have said it before that this generally happens during the night-time transmission.
But that is the simple truth. AFAIK Stream 2 was fine until just after 8 pm which is when Scarlet switched to Stream 1.
Whether it worked after that before 10 pm when surprise, surprise 'Normal Service' was resumed who knows.
I emailed s66 about this once before. Guess I will do it again tomorrow.
As I was writing this in a new browser tab, the whole site as gone awol in the other tab.

Not really, there are only 2 big other players in the game of channels is RLC and BS.
S66 said that the move to BS servers and vuicall all in the name of better customer service so callers can now call both channels using the same service.
Masterplan probably is to devalue S66 to a point where another channel can just buy it outright. I mean, when other channels start head hunting your top talent one after another, it is bad news.
Well. After about 12hrs being janky, webstream 2's issues seem resolved now.
All it took was getting others to tweet, email and whine about the problem that shouldn't be happening regularly anyway.
And now I reset the clock on how long this run of streaming goes before the problem pops up again.
It was fine before 9 am.
But what I do notice is that all the servers appear to be reset, working or not, on or around 9 am - there is a brief outage on all streams - every working day but not it seems on the weekend. So if anything happens then 'tough-titty'
But none of that explains why something is working fine for 12 hours(there was a similar reset yesterday) and should suddenly poop after that.
