The elite webstream (with sound) can be captured using screen capture software.
It just records exactly what you are seeing on your monitor. I don't think they can stop that.
I just did a test capturing the stream a few minutes ago and that came out ok, but they probably were not trying to protect that.
I used "recordmydesktop" in linux, but there are windows programs that can be used, see the tech section of forum.
