I haven't been watching the stream today. 
Busy uploading, and that effects my streaming on high bit-rate streams.
But I have just checked at 17:10pm & it seems pretty good to me at present.

Well, it seems to have switched for me at present. 
914 is fine, but 965 is locking up and jumping. A bit like Caty is on that bed.

Well I'm recording 914 at present, without a hitch. But I've just checked 965, and that seems OK for me now.
I guess it must have been a temporary server glitch earlier, or just peak time problems.
