Wrestling has been dying since 2001 in terms popularity its never gonna get back to having 8 to 10 million people watching every monday night.. if the wwe was in risk of losing their billion doller tv deals due to tv ratings i think they would be trying a bit harder.
Nick khan has been brought in to make wwe as profitable as possible for a potential sale and he is succeeding
Releasing people who are never gonna make the company money (hit row, john morrison etc)or who are on mega contracts (brey and braun) is just part of business. The most likely outcome will be wwe being bought by NBC Universal at the end of the current tv contract.
The only thing that needs to be discussed is how good the Queen Charlotte Flair is and Carmella being the most beautiful looking women in all of WWE they are the only thing worth talking about in WWE
^^
Doudrop as well for me. She received plenty of praise this week for her work in the 10 woman tag match on Raw this past Monday
Haven't watched wrestling lately but i thought what happened to Zayn was ridiculous he finally after all this time got a World Title shot only because nearly the hole roster got released let's face it , anyway he finally got a title shot and lost in seconds against Reigns which shows how much they care about Owens and not Zayn , it's a stupid way for your first world title shot to go down to.
His character as well like many in WWE has gone way over the top , this Baron Corbin happy sad character is stupid to.
One of the most unsurprising news out of the WWE releases , Jeff Hardy has been released by WWE , he was sent home a couple days ago at a live event then released a couple days later for refusing to go to rehab.
So some old Jeff , i don't know why WWE keep having him , i guess the brother reunion is on , them brothers have been a part and together more times then any of the other brothers in company history i think.
It's being reported WWE have filed new trademarks for the name "Piper Niven" wouldn't be surprised if on RAW next Monday Doudrop changes back to Piper Niven
No name change for Doudrop on Raw this week, but she does have a new entrance theme and had a great match v Bianca Bel Air as they carried on their feud. Wouldn't be surprised if Doudrop/Piper Niven is the one to take the Raw Women's title from Becky Lynch. Think it will happen at Wrestle Mania after Doudrop wins the Royal Rumble

Setting yourself up for disappointment there, rammy!
I see after all the reports by so-called experts of Kevin Owens leaving to join his friends in AEW he's signed a multi-year deal with WWE.
Very good RAW this week including an excellent match between Bianca Bel Air & Doudrop plus a tag team splits up
^^ Obv was watching a different Raw to the rest of us lol
