I could not care less what Ziggler does never liked him for me he is over-rated and getting on now
The problem with the revival is they have no character and zero personality plus they are like 5'7 being short doesnt help... great wrestler they may be but if you can't connect to the audience then you have no chance
Vince trying to promote Balor as a contender by bringing up David v Goliath. Does he not have any better examples than that?

What else could they do to sell it ? Im pretty sure this is a nothing match... because if they really wanted it to mean something they would of made it demon balor vs brock at least that way there could of been a bit of belief finn could win
Im just gonna say it finn balor is bland as they come he makes aj style look like the rock in comparison
Thing is, Vince should be nowhere near the ring at all. His preferred business model for 40 years is that Goliath beats David. Or Godzilla beats Mecha-Godzilla maybe.
Balor's only getting this shot as a filler and to avoid jobbing Strowman out again. It's the equivalent of Lesnar v H/C Holly (all of 15 crazy years ago).
See also Vince getting in part of the AJ Styles-Daniel Bryan feud - when he clearly would rather neither man was competing over a top belt.
Purely on wrestling talent & the ability pull of 4/5 star matches when I look at the WWE male roster (excluding NXT which I have never watched) if you was to ask me who the top 5 wrestlers are in no particular order are;
AJ Styles
Rey Mysterio
Seth Rollins
Finn Balor
Daniel Bryan
Out of those 5 three of them (Rey,Balor & Bryan) weigh under 200lbs & would qualify for the Cruiserweights (or the 205) but would be completely wasted there. When AJ lost his title to Bryan last year he did re-iterate that he contemplated retiring but was happy to work more as a part-timer (like Orton).Bryan has also suggested he also wants work on a part-time basis & spend more time with his family.Regarding Balor & his match against Lesnar at the Rumble whilst I like many others here don't expect Balor to win I don't envisage a squash match at all far from it I reckon Balor will push Lesnar close (but'll probably lose after the 8th or 9th F5).
Watching Smackdown the other day how good have the Rey Mysterio/Andrade Cien Almas matches been where they both showed great chemistry & agility in the several matches they had over the past few weeks. With Rey pulling off the sunset flip into a piledriver.
Regarding the RR match itself (one of my favourite matches)I just hope predictability doesn't prevail in either the men's or the women's with anyone but Strowman,Rollins or Nia Jax would be nice.I also hope Rumble spots aren't up by ex-wrestlers only just to be thrown out moments later & would much rather see NXT stars given a chance to shine.
^^
Wouldn't it be great if the velveteen dream won and faced daniel bryan at mania,
Out of everybody on the roster that guy has it all.. as long as he don't become his own worst enemy he will be the top guy within the next 2 years
I hope they do put some NXT Guys and Girls in the Rumble would be great If Like mentioned Velveteen Dream would enter and win so many great NXT Talent at the moment Aleister Black, Ricochet , Johnny Gargano & Adam Cole would all be great additions to the Rumble same as Io Shirai , Shayna Baszler & Bianca Belair
They could also go with NXTUK talent to promote the brand Pete Dunne & Toni Storm would be great entrants

Toni storm will 100% be in the womens rumble as they dont have enough women to fill the match up... like last year they had to have former divas turn up
