i know what you mean, i just never expected to see the day
Time for the Dead Man to retire maybe. After the match with Sting, of course. Seems such a flippant way to end the Streak though.
WWE must be pushing Lesnar all the way to a title then, i just hope Lesnar's new contract means he wrestles more
Unquestionably. If Lesnar isn't World Champion within 3 months I'd be amazed. The bizarre thing is this could be a genius move on WWE's part. You'd imagine if 'Taker's streak was to end it would be in the main event. Now it's up to Daniel Bryan to almost take WWE into a new era. I can't see a heel winning the main event now. No chance. Daniel Bryan will undoubtedly leave as World Champion.
I'm shocked the way things ended with lesner/taker match but the streak had to end one day and unfortunately today was that day
......That said, maybe not even Daniel Bryan can save the event now. The fans seem ultra deflated. MAYBE a Punk return, in assisting Bryan to win, would resurrect the crowd.
I can see bryan vs lesnar at extreme rules for the wwe world heavyweight title
God these birds are impossible to watch. They are abysmal.
Taker looked like he was so tired he could hardly move, I think maybe he had no choice but to end it then, the match was really going nowhere.
It was pretty symbolic when he botched the Last Ride spot. As though he couldn't do it anymore. Main event time now. The only result that could give fans something to be happy with is obviously a DB win. I'm starting to wonder though. I predicted a Batista win, but even now I'm starting to wonder if WWE would dare piss fans off at Wrestlemania by having Orton win perhaps. Surely a babyface win HAS to happen...
