The undertaker i believe is retiring tonight and if stings makes his wwe debut there's no one to face apart from taker apart from that there's no one in the current roster who can lase stings boots let alone face him buy that i simply mean his legendary status the streak ending shudent have happened
The streak should have ended, it can't go on forever, taker can barely last 5 minutes in the ring now as we saw yesterday, it was uncomfortable to watch at times, I think Brock was the right guy to end it, Taker has done a lot for Brocks career in WWE putting him over now at 4 PPV's
I think Brock will go into next years wrestlemania as WWE Champion, probably beating Bryan at Extreme Rules on the way to that.
And as for all the guys hyping a sting return to face undertaker, it doesn't really interest me in the slightest, to be honest I don't want to see it, both are past it, it would be the slowest paced boring match possible, WWE just need to move on...
Wwe missed out on making a couple of huge stars last night. Wyatt shud have gone over on cena. I wud hav had reigns vs undertaker and have him go over, the story was already in place as the shield were the ones that took him out last year. Plus lesnar didn't need the win and he's part time.
Enjoyable start to Raw tonight. Big title match made for later: DB defends the World title against.........HHH.
Good to see Wade Barrett getting a match after completely not getting one at WM30, when even Yoshi Tatsu did.
Rammy will tell us how pleased he was about the Diva's Title match, too
indeed I will doddle
went to bed before Paige made her full wwe debut last night, but have watched it this morning when I got up and first of all was great seeing Paige on raw as she's one of my fav current female wrestlers as she's very sexy and can wrestle very well and then fantastic that paige won the divas title
the reaction paige got when her entrance music hit and she came out was fantastic
was also great seeing emma on the main wwe shows too
there must have been a lot of british fans in the crowd last night was definately more rowdy especially when Barret was in the ring was a lot more of a footie game atmosphere than a US crowd
did you see mysterios reaction when he was on the top turnbuckle and the crowd were booing him
Was very refreshing seeing so many new faces getting the introductory promos treatment. Bo Dallas, who was an unbelievably dull babyface briefly a few years ago, has a brilliant, oblivient heel gimmick, that has a lot of potential. Adam Rose, formerly Leo Kruger though, has a lame gimmick- by the looks of it, based on that cunt Russell Brand's character in 'Get Him To The Greek'. The gimmick is comedy only. Rose has NO chance of making it with this crap. Paige got one hell of a reaction last night. Well deserved too. Rusev is the pits though. A tedious, cliched, Russian beast-type gimmick. He has no charisma, little in-ring skills, and will fade into history like Vladimir Koslov did.
The promos for Adam Rose:
Mixed thoughts about Wrestlemania XXX and last night's RAW.
The Shield vs Kane / Outlaws was shit. The Shield are far too good wrestlers to be given a nothing match against some 40+ hasbeen bums. Look at the awesome match they had against the Wyatts at Elimination Chamber - those are the kind of matches they need to be promoting, matches with proper talent. I like the Shield as rebels - I don't see them necessarily as faces, or necessarily siding with Bryan, but it's good to see a rebellious, organized unit that takes on injustice, from their point of view. But I'm not sure if I want to see them in a war against the Authority and their cronies every week. But at least HHH didn't get to give himself the WWE title again last night.
There were other angles they could have done with Cena vs Wyatt. If they were brave enough they could have had Cena give in to his rage and turn him heel - but before anybody jumps me, I know they won't give their poster boy a heel turn.
There were a lot of British fans at WM and at RAW. Obviously a lot have gone over to New Orleans this past week. It's a great atmosphere and Barrett and Paige clearly thrived upon it. They really engaged with the crowd and enjoyed their moments.
Rusev's a bum / waste of time. He'll get binned in no time because there's no character or strong enough gimmick to go anywhere. Exactly like Robot Devil said - he'll get tossed aside like that gimp Kozlov.
And now to the biggest talking point - Undertaker v Lesnar. I wanted the streak to remain undefeated. If it had to end, I would have preferred it to be against younger talent such as Bryan or Reigns. It would have been a great end if it had been against Punk last year and I can't help feeling that if Punk hadn't left, it would have been a rematch with Punk winning, so then they pencilled in Lesnar at the last minute instead. But I also understand that the Phenom had to stop. He cannot last barely 5-10 minutes without collapsing and last night was very uncomfortable to watch. Not only Taker's declining physical ability, which is natural as he gets older, but Lesnar pushes things too far and doesn't always look after his opponents. I think the reversed Tombstone in to the third F5 was the moment where Taker almost got the broken neck. I think that they hastily ended it there because Taker was clearly hurt and the F5 three count seemed to be a lot faster than normal. Taker's a legend, and has achieved everything possible. He will always be one of the best and is guaranteed a hall of fame place. But it's sad to see the end of that era, and very uncomfortable for me to see my favourite ever superstar suffer his inevitable decline as he approaches 50. I would just rather they made his last match against younger talent instead because Lesnar didn't necessarily need that win to get a push.
Thank You Taker - it's been awesome.
