Some characters are able to 'get away' with behaviour that others are not; that is just human nature. Enough people seem to see Barrowman's actions in a different light to that on display here; whereas enough seem to have viewed Evans' negatively to prompt this shit storm when, as Silent Majority stated, the guy is perceived as vulnerable.
Some people blur the line between 'getting away' with something due to outrageous humour and 'getting away' with it due to a position of power and authority.
