Did she really give up Channel 4 racing just to take a job on Evans' Top Gear?
She has her own show on BBC 2 interviewing sports people on a fri night was good show. she also does the racing well she did royal ascot

She replaced John inverdale doing new show after wimbledon finishes with highlights to be honest its pretty poor despite claire doing her best

Dont think she would be good for Top gear though dont get me wrong good presenter and interviewer and on sports matters shes in a league of her own especially horse racing but not sure what shes like on Cars

Suzi Perry would be good as shes knowledgable on Both Bikes and also on Formula one
The Wimbledon highlights programme Wimbldeon2day has been described as Top Gear style - perhaps her audition a la Evans in TFI

Never really looked into her background but, to the BBC, she would appear to be the female equivalent of Graham Norton. A bit of a Marmite situation.

Clare Balding is not going to want to play 2nd fiddle to Evans for long. Hammond and May were good in their own right, but neither was striving to be the main guy.

Suzi Perry would, I think, be more pliable (!) in this respect.
There are reports today that the BBC are going to imminently announce Jenson Button as one of the presenters on top gear alongside Chris Evans. He is apparently retiring from f1 at the end of this season
*cough* Not a journalist either *cough*
either szui perry, lee mckenzie or mrs wolff (Williams test driver) would be good.
So clarkson Hammond and may have signed a deal with Amazon Prime well worth the 89£ a year for there shows

Pissed off at that. I signed up for prime a little while back on a special offer, only £59. They screwed up my first prime delivery, couldn't manage it next day, so I cancelled. Lasted less than 24 hours Smile
Have to say I was less than impressed with the films and shows they had on offer as well, so I was really hoping they would go with Netflix instead. Nevermind, guess I'll just have to wait for the torrents to appear next day Big Grin
