So, more cocking around in cars then.

That'll do nicely.

Never realised there was so much extra unshown footage put up on YT eek
I did enjoy it, but it did fall into the trap of "here's the premise, now forget about it". Even I could tell within 5 minutes that "a car from 1984 is better than one from 2014" doesn't really work because you can't test a brand-new 30-y-o car, pretty much by definition. It would be like saying (and feel free to choose your own examples) that the Linsey Dawn McKensie of 2014 is exactly as good as the LDM of 1994.

I would also have liked Jeremy to ask Hugh about his "World's Most Dangerous Roads" trip (he was even wearing the same jumper!) but never mind.
Well, if I'm their only viewer, then presumably they're going to get cancelled Sad A pity, really, because this was quite a good show, even if the quad-bike was far more appealing than the Alfa Romeo.
i enjoyed it. i even lolled a few times. Smile
I am enjoying the series so far,the P1 is an awesome bit of kit but is only going to appeal to a rich eco warrior.
Yes, I am enjoying it too. Happy to see they've made 7 shows this series, the last one was a bit short.
Has anyone watched the Guy Martin 'Speed' series on channel 4 in the last month? I think he would make a great new presenter on TG. Probably as a replacement for Hammond - he does get irritating at times.

Also, is it not the law to wear a helmet on a quad bike in Italy?

Plausibly not, although certainly he seemed rather devil-may-care on the lake itself eek He seemed closer to death/injury that any other recent stunt I can recall.
That P1 was immense, although with it being just RWD it looked a bit squirmy and...well....deadly lol
