Chelsea are Champions of Europe at youth level for the second time after a 2-1 win in the final against Paris Saint-Germain today.
We're also winners of the FA Youth Cup after a 4-2 win against Man City last night.
Yes the 3rd time in a row and our 5th FA Youth Cup win in 7 years. A truly amazing record it has to be said, but lets be realistic, to have one player like John Terry come through into the first team is worth more than any number of trophies won at that level.
What a match against Tottenham, by far the most entertaining and eventful game of the season. Thank God we got it together in the second half and ended Spurs title hopes and it made it all the more dramatic that we did it by coming back from 2 goals down.

I know Clattenburg should have sent at least 2 Spurs players off but I liked how he let some things go for BOTH teams, as it just made it a great spectacle. The assistants on the night saw nothing of what went on and gave Clattenburg no help at all.

At least we salvaged something from this season as it would have been terrible to let Claudio down when we were in a position to help him. Now let's take some of the spirit we showed last night into next season.
Chelsea have announced that John Terry has been offered a one-year contract extension and is considering the matter.
John Terry has signed the one year contract with Chelsea
It's about time there was some good news to report.

I've always found hard to like Chelsea FC. As a Newcastle fan this season has been hard to take but I think the thing that really pissed me off was the attitude of the Chelsea players in the 1st half of the season. If it was up to me, they'd have to pay back at least half of everyone's season ticket at the Bridge.

As an outsider looking in, I found the whole thing disgusting. I know you could say the same about the players at NUFC but we weren't the champions of England.

What happens if some of the team don't like Conte's methods? Are they gonna 'down-tools' for him too?

And when Jose gets the Utd job he's gonna have all the motivation he needs to fire them up when they meet Chelsea.

I've just found out that this season some games will be moved to Friday evenings for TV coverage, to add to Sunday and Monday TV games.
Well things have been quiet on the Chelsea front, apart from the signing of Michy Batshuayi from Marseille, but now comes the welcome news that Willian has signed a new 4 year contract. Glad that's been sorted out!
