Congratulations to Petr Cech who reached the landmark of 100 caps for the Czech Republic this week. Cech is the Czech Republic's second most capped player after Karol Poborsky who won 118 caps between 1994 and 2006.
Another landmark for Frank Lampard: with his goal for Chelsea against Swansea today, Lampard has now scored against 38 different Premier League clubs, which equals the record set by Andy Cole.

Yeh top player, cant believe he hasnt been offered a least another year by chelsea, on another note i cant wait to see the back of him, hopefully he will go abroad, he seems to like scoring against my team
aston villa.
The records just keep coming for Super Frank. Definitely my favourite ever Premier League player. Chelsea should definitely offer him a new contract - they could do it on a one year rolling deal. They've certainly got enough money! Frank should have some role at the club he loves. Is there any scope for it changing if Mourinho does, as expected, arrive for the new season?

Emotional interview here after breaking the record today. What a player.

After winning the Europa League 2012/13, Chelsea have become the first club to be holders of the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League at the same time. Chelsea have also become only the 4th club to win all 3 major UEFA competitions, the others being Ajax Amsterdam, Juventus and Bayern Munich.
Stat note for Chelsea fans: Torres has scored 9 goals in European competitions this season and the only players with more are Ronaldo with 12 and Lewandowski with 10.
