There are too many players ahead of Victor Moses at Chelsea and he isn't even making the bench. A move to Everton or West Brom looks to be imminent, although Stoke have also made their interest known.
Chelsea statement:

"Chelsea Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of Willian. The 25 year old Brazilian was today granted a work permit and has signed a 5 year contract, having moved from Russian club Anzhi Makhachkala. He will wear the number 22 shirt and becomes our 4th signing of the summer and the 6th current Chelsea player from Brazil."
Happy birthday to Chelsea's president Richard Attenborough, 90 today! Lord Attenborough has previously served as Vice President 1966, Director 1969–82, Vice President again 1993–2008, and has been President since 2008. He first attended a Chelsea match when he was an 18 year old drama student in 1942. Happy 90th!
Chelsea have announced the signing of Samuel Eto'o from Anzhi Makhachkala. He has agreed a one year contract.
Chelsea's 6th and final signing of the summer is Christian Atsu from FC Porto. The 21 year old Ghana international has signed a 5 year contract, but will not be with Chelsea this season as he has been loaned to Vitesse Arnhem.
With late loan deals sending Moses and Lukaku out to other clubs, I couldn't help wondering if Chelsea should be strengthening clubs like Liverpool and Everton? Were those moves wise?
I remember the season before last we loaned Benayoun to Arsenal, who ended up finishing 3 places above us, so we've got previous in getting egg on our faces with our loanees. Although, as much as I'd have liked to have seen him for Chelsea this season, if Lukaku bangs in the goals against the likes of Man Utd & Liverpool again it could be a masterstroke
Moses and Lukaku had other clubs they could have gone to, but Liverpool and Everton were the ones they chose. On deadline day Demba Ba was very close to joining Arsenal on loan, but Jose Mourinho blocked the move on the grounds that Arsenal are title contenders. Since the other deals went though, I assume that in Jose's opinion Liverpool and Everton are not title contenders and therefore it's OK for Chelsea to strengthen them.
