I do think the other manager was treated badly taken in to account that Drogba was ill for some of the season and Lampard was out for a while too, the only mistake the previous manager made was playing a diamond formation and he went back to playing 4-4-2 they tore teams apart. Roman Abramovich needs to stay out and let Andre Villas-Boas handly the team, Abramovich needs to supply funds and most importantly give the time to build the side to how Villa-Boas wants.
