Star Trek: Lower Decks Ep 8 “I, Excretus” Season 2
How they got away with half the stuff in this ep I will never know. The Borg queen cameo was awesome and it’s the same actress doing the voice from Star Trek First Contact.
Remembering James Hayter
His son Robin, also an actor, talks about his jovial actor father, who was the voice of Mr Kipling for many years, among dozens of film roles.

Rick Ackerman back again, and talking about deflation again (what with inflation building at last).
KR
Another 2 goes from Rick, although given it seemed like he hadn't been on for ages, and yet has been quite prolific this year suggests I don't find him as compelling as some of the other regulars.

1 - Lancashire
Nice to see places like Goosnargh, Inglewhite and the Forest of Bowland make it to the small screen, although the blatant advertising aspect was a bit obvious. Comedy props for claiming to leave their bikes at their house and yet somehow then "walk" many miles to Kirkby Lonsdale for a drinks segment.
HBGN
2 - Yorkshire Coast
Scarborough, Whitby, Robin Hood's Bay... seaweed beer, wine, kippers, etc
Foundation S1 Ep3.
I'm still enjoying it, it is a bit hmm at times, especially given that they are changing some things according to reviews that have read Isaac Asimov's work.
The Lost Symbol S1 Ep3.
Faster paced than the movies, but not as well put together, but, again, I'm still enjoying it.
Riverdale S5 Ep18.
Musical episodes, they're either fun stuff, or well, shite like this was...except from Cheryl, she's always amazing. I
Madelaine Petsch.

4.5 Powys
Carp this time; after an unsuccessful early effort, things improved considerably.
4.6 The Severn
Zander for once; Bob more successful than Paul, twice over; a sausage roll in the shape of a fish.
What a lovely series it has been
Knight Rider Ep 10 “Ring of Fire” Season 2
Royal Academy Summer Exhibition
Kirsty Wark and Brenda Emmanus meet co-ordinator Yinka Shonibare, and several hopeful artists trying to be included (they all are).

So this was the 8th one, with Sindhu Vee taking three walks, even though the Trent is said to be the 3rd longest river in the country. She did meet Rosemary Conley by the Soar though, and she towered over her, which I wouldn't have expected.
River Walks: The Deben
Blimey, the 9th one. Miranda Krestovnikoff takes an 8 mile plod through Suffolk, starting at the Sutton Hoo burial mound, and talking mussels, mink, curlews and sharks along the way, before reaching Ramsholt. I was surprised Deben was pronounced like Steven rather than Seven.
