James May's Big Trouble in Model Britain. Recorded on BBC Four and tells the story of Simon Kohler who once ran Hornby come back to try and save the famous company. It showed how he oversaw a move back to their only headquarters in Margate(although production had been moved to China) and a battle to beat rivals by showcasing a new engine and a new Airfix kit the US Hellcat. Really great two part documentary and worth watching for James's commentary and the shenanigans that go on between rivals.
The Gifted Ep 16 “oMens” Season 2 Finale.
Good Finale.
Out of Their Skin
Excellent 2-part look at black British footballers, from Viv Anderson through to Raheem Stirling. Whilst racism on the terraces is being fought, the lack of black managers at all levels suggests the boardroom is where the real trouble still lies.
Arrow Ep 16 “Star City 2040” Season 7
Curiosities sake MUMS MAKE PORN Channel Four. A group of mums thrown together with 15 kids between them are disgustred and alarmed at the treatment of women in porn and they are wanting to make their own porn film that is 'mum' friendly for their kids to be able to watch and realise that most of the porn they might see on the Internet is fantasy and that girls shouldn't be subjected to things they don't want to do just because their boyfriends think it is the norm. Some clips were shown which were unsavoury and nasty and the mums attended individual porn sets to immerse themselves-one showed Roxy Keough(who has a daughter)having sex with her real-life boyfriend - it was the cum shot that had one mum retching outside. Remember these women are going to be writing, directing and producing their own film...and then it will be screened for family, friends and people from the industry-part 2 next week Channel 4 9pm.

TOTP July 1987 on BBC 4
I can remember most of the performances on this episode, expect for Shakin Stevens coming out as he dances with 4 topless oiled up male dancers. Thankfully I had managed to blank that out all these years.
Race Across the World BBC2 Sundays/repeat Thursday night-great programme idea taking 6 teams(now down to 4) giving them the cost of a flight to Singapore and letting them use their initiative to get there. The prize is £20,000. Now the teams are down to four and using up their resources fast. They had to get to Tashkent in Kazahkstan?(I can't remember) anyway they had to wait four days on a ferry from Baku as the weather took a turn for the worse. Finally they all had to find a way to their next city. The two girls were as jammy as ever and met a stuntman who drove them all the way to the next city-talk about lucky! Father and son Darron & Alex continued to bond but that kid really needs to grow up and act more like a man. Two retired teachers spent a lot of their money on taxis and trains so that will really tell come the next part of the race. The other two lads backpacked across the desert and arrived at their final destination in second place to their main rivals Darron and Alex who got to the hotel first. Can't wait for the next episode.
