Personally I wouldn’t ever go beyond telephone calls and texts because no matter how friendly we have become in reality that’s the extent of our relationship.
Please nobody take this the wrong way I’m not judging anyone but there are so many dating apps that cater for all tastes ages surely that’s the place to be spending your money. Someone who will appreciate it more and could lead to a happier ending
Or if you want a really happy ending just go to an asian massage parlor
loads about and cheap

Tried to meet a UTR girl who is very popular daytime girl and model for dinner only.
She agreed to everything and has taken money as she seem ok at the time, but now she has given loads of excuses why she can't, refuses to give money back that was paid in good confidence and is now blocking me on phone, insta and twitter
Am i screwed and cannot get anything back? do i name and shame?
any advice or help would be great
h
thanks
Tell her you'll put a review on ukpunting dot com if you don't get a full refund. If she's UTR that should put the Willie's up. It's technically escorting anyway. Worked for another guy on here who had a similar issue

should i name ? can the mods tell me if this is allowed please?
With proof of funds sent and and evidence of comms i would find a way of sending a final message to her to pay up or prepare for a day at the small claims court.

Booking an escort, is not taking them on a date or trying to be their friend or forming a relationship with them.
I don't think you're being judgemental just ignorant of why someone would use an escort

Yes spot on, she is obviously taking the piss, I guess she thinks men are idiots, fear of being outed might get his money back.

Unfortunately not, a court wouldn't entertain it, as in their eyes it's a immoral contract, even though paying for sex isn't illegal in this country.

He wasn't paying for sex though, just dinner if you go back to the original post. So its simply can he prove their was a contract between them
I said this before I think escort agencies say sexual things are not what we provide. But what happens between two adults is there choice.Something like that haha Its just a loophole by saying that.
How much money has you given her?
If it's £100 or less take it as a bitter but valuable lesson, if it's more I guess you could take it to the small claims court, but be aware you're going to have to explain to a magistrate what you expected in exchange for this money it could be embarrassing to say the least.
If you made the arrangements via a pm service offered by the channel's website/onlyfans etc you could try contacting them, I doubt they'd get you your money back but they might threaten to kick her off their platform for bringing into disrepute, a long shot but it might pay off.
Definitely post it on UKP if she doesn't co-operate, just contact the admin 1st & demonstrate you can prove your claims
Probably closing the stable door after the horse has bolted, but never pay a deposit, if you feel you must never more than you're prepared to lose.
