If a girl is UTR, then obviously she's off-limits, no names allowed.
I also think it's impolite to mention girls conversationally if you have no evidence they actually escort. People search the forum, or google, for that girl, and see her mentioned in an escorting thread, they draw instant conclusions.

On the other hand if a girl is quite open, and advertises her wares on twitter or facebook, or is open about it on adultwork, or is openly advertised on a readily accessible escorting site, then I believe she's fair game, and many such girls get mentioned in this thread.
I'm sure the mods will correct me if I'm wrong.
