You're all missing the point. Yes it is usually in the description of services but my point is that a girl who offers that service is normally more expensive than one who does not, not an optional extra. Having said that I have come across it as an extra.

I wouldn't say that's the case either to be honest. I've punted with girls for £50 who give a full GFE and also with girls for £170 who wouldn't even allow closed mouth kissing, let alone DFK. Every girl's different, best checking with them beforehand if it's something that really matters to you.
