It sounds like you want an escort who provides the GFE (girlfriend experience). In my, admittedly limited experience, this invariably covers such activities.

Sorry to pop the cherry here - but whilst I doubt either would be available for under 500 quid, I wouldn't put it past Photogirls to be able to provide either for the right sum. Experience has shown they can come up with the most unexpected results. Frankly, I'd ask them the question whilst having a large wad of cash to back me up before taking my pinch of salt. That may well be the case, but the chances of either of
those particular profiles being genuine is virtually zero.
If they want to work 'discreetly', there are ways to do that. Using a different name and pixellating your face on your own photo isn't the way it's done. If they want to work openly, they would use their own name and a full photo, to sell themselves properly, if they are under the radar, they won't be openly advertised at all.
As soon as you see ads like this alarm bells start ringing, it's almost certainly either a deliberate fake to lure you in, or just a clumsily put together profile using pictures they found lying around because they didn't have any of the actual girl. Either way, don't be fooled

I would suspect that the highly sharp and focused ladies at Photogirls know exactly what they're doing. You may be applying a whole load of logic and sound reasoning where it doesn't necessarily apply (btw, I am no conspiracy theorist). Either way 300 quid is obviously a non-starter.
