Season 2 Ep 22 "Nevertheless, She Persisted"

This will be a non spoiler review and reference to a certain will make sense once Ep 21 airs later today on Sky.
Right from the start the Ep it's kicks off with Supergirl fighting against a certain character not only was it visual impressive to see but with the special effects and film fight Chorography for it was a bit disappointing seeing this particular characters so weak and under powered but we all know why that was done.
It was great having Cat Grant she even made a film reference which was very funny and reveal she makes to herself I know not many like her but for me was messed.
Some of the usually chracters were had much to do especially one character which they seem have idea what to this characters.
The second main between Supergirl and the main villain was a bit lacklustre but was ok and the villain makes a reference to two cities which was cool and there's so called romance brewing between two characters which cartoon and comic fans won't like and the two endings set up Season 3 especially the last one if it's who I think it is.
Overall a good decent Ep but felt underwhelming and not like season finale.
Melissa Benoist is fantastic as Kara/Supergirl and has really grown into role, with season 3 they they need to develop and flesh out the underused characters e.g James, establish a strong villain and dial back a bit the romantic shit that bogs the show a little.
all i can say is that they have taken stuff from the comics and done their own thing with it.

The ending was ok they are bringing him to the show. I hope they explore another character that was introduced in the finale.

I say the finale was a hot mess, some parts were good and some parts weren't so good.

cat grant was great and hope to see more of her next season. what is so good is that this version of cat grant is better than smallville and louis & clark new adventures of superman.
^^^ The Character your on about is being made a series regular for season 3 Rolleyes

there were references to potentially 4 villains, one was obvious, one was bit less obvious but you realise it then it makes sense, the other 2 are not obvious has one is new to dc and the other could missed when certain characters mention it.

I don't like how they are making a certain character weak both physically and mentally.
New Poster:
The character Maggie Sawyer will not be returning as a series regular but as a recurring role as the actress wants to pursue other roles.
Actress Odette Annable has been cast as the season 3 villain Reign the Worldkiller, in the comics in there were several worldkillers and she was a big Supergirl villain in DC 53.
