5.1 YES! It's back. After the 3rd-rate political waffle of Series 4, have the team learned anything?

No! Though Lena selling CatCo is a logical progression as James is OTWO this year, it does mean we get "hey, the meedja is a business, never mind the truth" fake-satire. Still, Kara's had it easy as a journo for a couple of years.

Two main strands here: Kara finally telling Lena (albeit too late), and not realising it's too late. And Jonn finding a new nemesis (nice maybe to have a one-off terror like Midnight or whatever her name was).

At least Brainy gave a good plot device for changing Supergirl's costume, and his relationship with Dreamer seems on an even keel (so it must be doomed in the long term).
