Yes 10 minute clear advertising slots for encrypted channels are allowed to show stronger content because they have context, ie they are advertising a product. So you see dildo sucking, women sucking nipples and obscured views of genuine oral, anal and vaginal sex. Thats OK because its an advert.
But babe channels cant show nipple sucking because, er, adverts cannot have artistic justification (context).

Now what I find quite strange and unusual is that out of all the countries in the world when it comes to streaking us here in the UK are famous for it, yet ofcom would have us all believe that nudity is a filthy and disgusting thing to see on the telly.
