That's because the babe channels are classed as adverts, so they are far more heavily regulated.
So can't they just get themselves re-classified as harmless evening entertainment or some other category that isn't as heavily regulated, or is that too simple?! Who decides they're advertising - Ofcom? Advertising for what? Selling pics and vids?
Completely forget what it was for, but I saw an ad last night (must have been on an ITV channel) featuring a girl clearly naked in a shower, singing badly. She then leans out the shower to reach for her phone as she gets a message from friends inviting her out for karaoke later. She is covered only by the shower curtain.
I was somewhat surprised that it had managed to get past the regulators with such gratuitous nudity.
