Many girls work the same, as these boundaries change all the time, so we rely on our producers to set and monitor these for us."

They aren't broadcasting - they are supplying the content that is broadcast. As far as Ofcom is concerned the licence holder is the 'service provider' - in this case, Playboy. As I said way back: that's why Playboy were found 'In Breach' when Elite overstepped the mark on 911 - it was Playboy's licence.

Absolutely nothing there to suggest that Ofcom used web based content in their sanction(s) against Tease Me/Bang Media.
Ofcom requested Tease Me/Bang to provide them with broadcast footage showing exactly what was broadcast on TV, not the web.
Any decision/sanction
is based on the broadcast footage supplied by Tease Me/Bang, or in the instances where Bang failed to supply recordings, they were found in breach of the broadcasting code for failing to supply broadcast recordings.
The only time Tease Me/Bang were found in breach of the code relating to web based content was when they were advertising the url to the previous incarnation of the "bangbabes.tv" website, which was run by a third party.
The problems that Bang have had are nothing to do with what has been shown on the web.
