The idiot running Bang is the person who has been providing some of the best daytime and nightime shows we have seen for many months. Look at the threads for these shows and they are some of the largest on this forum.
What you should be saying is who is the idiot at Ofcom who has personally pursued this broadcaster to the extent that their licenses have been revoked without a fair hearing or right of appeal.

So no right to a fair hearing and no appeal to either an independant tribunal or court, sounds like North Korea or China to me.
So lets all not suddenly become Bang haters i'm sure they have enough on their plate with Ofcom still pursuing them.

Personally pursue is a load of bollocks, I could understand people claiming that if ofcom had done this over one breach but 60 breaches over 18 months is far too many.

And as for the no right to appeal, have bang even tried?

As much as ofcom's code is a load of twisted crap it still has to be adhered too and the channels know pretty much what they can and cant get away with, if they didn't babestation wouldn't of been going for as long as it has.

One last comparison to make, If your favorite pub had been closed due to it constantly breaking its incensing rules would you blame the people who enforce the rules or person running the pub?

How are they supposed to try when THERE IS NO RIGHT OF APPEAL???
What Bangbabes should actually do I think is contact their local mp over this. I personally would love to see this matter on ofcom and censorship being brought up on Prime minister's question time.

What's to appeal anyway? There's probably far too much evidence against them to even get a hearing.
As muddy as ofcom's regs are you can break down the breaches to just a few of issues which could have been avoided if Bang had simply;

1. Not made announcements about adult services on the day time shows
2. Ensured no nudity occurred during the day show (nip-slips etc.)
3. Ensured no naked genitals where shown on the night show
4. Not talk sexually (including sexual inuendo) on the night show

If you view their breaches in such a simplistic way it is easy to understand what Bang did wrong as well as see how very stupid they have been in both repeatedly breaking the rules and thinking they would continue to get away with it.

Part of the problem and why Bang has been such an easy target for ofcom is that they said they wouldn't provide ofcom with recordings of the alleged incidents or that they never made recordings of their shows in the first place (which they are required to do).

Even if they wanted to appeal somehow they realistically have no evidence unless they now decided to provide copies of the shows but they would only then go to prove that they told lies during the investigations of the breaches and so make themselves look even more stupid and guilty than they do now.

I agree with you there, Do you reckon the con-dom gov would have the balls to piss off the daily mail readers and axe ofcom though?

I don't understand why people are so keen to see Ofcom disappear.

It's not as if Ofcom's closure would herald a new era of libertarian freedom on TV, it would simply lead to regulation being directly in the hands of government ministers. See where that Daily Mail influence gets us then.
well... sorry to say but this is the result of the bigotry and hypocrisy that reside in UK. Not among the Citizens (at least from my experience), but among the "Ruling Class".

I want to thanks all girls that have worked with Bang Media. For sure now they will disappear somewhere else.
Other channels will take advantage of this situation probably hiring them? who knows....

Cross the English Channel !!! here there are no limits to your beauty and performances... Smile and you can make lot more money !!

This morning the showon the pad was so aligned to the mood "WE ARE CLOSING DOWN, BYE BYE..." Sad
For instance, Evelyn should have been on air the whole day and the whole week she never showed up. Lilly Roma also is not performing anymore on weekends? They are probably the first one that left the drowning ship. Next will be Dannii Harwood, emma spellar and so on....... Huh

But all is fine.... Williams and Kate will get married, millions of Euros ready to be burned for this wedding, and they will leave in a dream island for the rest of their life.... This is not more offending the moral than a healthy almost naked girl on screen ??????? you can choose to see the girl on TV or not, but their are forcing you to live with the crisis, and be the audience of the marriage of the year in april.... annoyed
