Fernanda would be a great fit for elite I saw emma on there this morning early shift seems so strange seeing her on elite but I will get used to it just having her on tv still is great
i have watched the girl who played with fire on dvd and it is rated a 15 containing strong language, voilence, sex and sexual voilence. one was a lesbian oral sex, a guy fucking a girl, flashbacks of a rape scene in the first film. thats suitable for 15 old kids to watch (i know ofcom dont do films) but not scantly clad bikini wearing ladies.

it appears that rlc allow their girls greater freedom of movement on their daytime shows than other channels. fernanda would be great on any channel apart from bs with their osg cover that gorgeous bod of hers. elite or rlc would be my prefered channels.

kate p in your profile it says your from canada, if so i feel sorry for you when robbie savage from derby county arrives to play for football (soccer).

Companies House today registered a winding-up petition against company number 5597737 Bang Channels Limited. Logically this would have been issued last week, at which moment their bank or banks would have frozen all their bank accounts. Hence the events on Friday.

If anyone wishes to purchase assets from the liquidator, they would need to move very quickly...
So is it only the Bang Channels Limited Company number 5597737 that has gone bust ? . The Bangmedia Limited Company number 05272437 looks to be still operating and is responsible for the Red Light channels web stream according to the terms and conditions on their web show . Can't really make much sense of the difference between Bang Channels Limited and Bang Media Limited other than they are registered has 2 different company's . Maybe Bang media is not dead after all .

As all three "Bang" companies are part of a group it is likely that all group bank accounts were frozen... What is likely to have happened is that Ofcom issued a Statutory Demand for the fines, and when they weren't paid by the end of the 21 days, Ofcom then went for a winding up petition....

Point taken, although semipro only said that the owner of Bang had removed all the money in the company and closed it down, at the same time "screwing over" all the employees, which presumably means treating them unfairly by not paying them.

In Scottishbloke's version of events the following elements were introduced into the story:
a) alleged robbery - specific allegation of a serious criminal offence
b) statement that the guilty party should be sent to prison
c) statement that the police should investigate the case
d) alleged corruption - another allegation of serious criminal conduct

I appreciate that to the untrained eye there may not be much difference between the semipro post and the Scottishbloke post, but to the more trained eye there is a world of difference, a bit like comparing water to wine. Accordingly, I stand by my statement that the lurid allegations were the work and responsibility of Scottishbloke. Note that I am not defending semipro in any way, as his post was entirely inaccurate in every detail.

Finally, following the semipro/Scottishbloke story being posted here, I am happy to say that some of Bang's creditor's have since received payments from them.
So do we know where all the girls have gone/are going? So far I only know of Lucy Summers on Red Light, Emma and Gemma on Elite and Sammie on Babestation, are there any others who have found a new channel yet?

while we're dishing out Internet law lessons, let me introduce you to the law of copyright, where the wholesale reproduction of someone elses work without credit or permission is also actionable.

Incidentally, the site you've copied the majority of that little outburst from is American and try as they might they don't control legislation in this country just yet.

Nice try, but as the yanks say, no cigar.
