"What I do think is wrong, is the logic of vehemently protecting those who never even watch the shows, whilst offering no protection whatsoever for those who do. The consumer, is, let’s face it, is open to being swindled on an almost 24/7 basis by babe channels. I’m not saying it’s all channels, but it’s certainly a number of them. And for the regulators to be unaware of this would defy belief. That the regulators can spring to the aid of one or two mysterious ‘viewers’ who “ran into some content ‘by accident’ and are concerned, not for themselves, but on behalf of other, more vulnerable people”, and yet leave thousands and thousands of real consumers open to persistent fraud, demonstrates that the regulatory system doesn’t work for the greater good or anything like it."

agree with this light entertainment, ofcom seem hellbent on protecting those who never watch the babeshows ie under 18's yet dont protect those that do as some shows as you say do swindle people that watch. regarding the "people" that do complain i agree too that its always on behalf of other people. also lots of these "people" are actually rival babeshows.

but ofcom do have rules which have to be followed and bang didnt follow them (broke them 60 times in 18 months) and have only have themselves to blame for their current situation. i do believe that bangbabes will survive in some form
respect your comment, but the damage can be repaired and even if they do go, it will be back under a new name

I agree with that, but will say as someone who has working in the uk industry under 18s do watch, phone and text the shows and lie about their age, it is obvious at times. I do agree about rival babe shows though, they did when I was in the industry and no doubt they still do.
yeah, which I think they should go and come back.
wow what a load of long politically correct speeches about ofcom, they must be loving themselves i.e cocky as fook right now with all the attention they getting from the forum, they screw us by taking away two stations with some of the hottest babes me personally wouldn't waste my time and effort on them!

To be fair, Kate looks like a bit of alright, but I don't think "shift up a bit, Adele" would go down too well with Ms Taylor. Big GrinBig GrinBig Grin

someone mentioned that the coalition gov is looking at taking the rule making part of ofcom moving it to the mp for the media, culture and sport department. dailly mail is only good for wiping your bum on.
they should just fold and try to save face

as for the girls they can decide were to go from here i just hop tori and dionne keep in the game , or maybe slide over to some girl on girl porn (im allowed to dream)
