This looks pretty accurate to me - the maths works and you've allowed for listeners, pics, etc.
I would imagine the BIG ATTRACTION of this business is cash flow.
Cash daily, no late payment issues, no bad debts - your accounts/payable is a breeze.
In 2009, 7/10 business in the UK failed due to cash flow - in that sense, these channels are a real prize so long as you get the basics right (probably harder than we imagine).
i no 1 of these girls and she gets around £80 an hour at 1 of these channels it may be different for other girls and shows but this is what she earns
Night performances command a higher hourly pay than day shifts, as do more established/top presenters over newer/less called presenters, but not at the high level indicated earlier, even with calls commission. Wonderbra's figure above is a lot more realistic, although some will earn less about half this and others a little more.
And I did post in another thread that the channel closure is nothing to do with Dannii, this is probably one of the few things that BM have been honest about. The last time Dannii was involved in an incident she was suspended. If she was involved this time, would she have worked last week, yesterday daytime and be booked for 4 day and night shifts next week when she returns from holiday (which was booked before anything kicked off a couple of weeks ago).

This will be my first propper post. As I've been calling the station for the past 6 years I have a right to say something.
It looks to me like they got rid of some of the new girls and kept most of the old (not so pretty girls) for the simple reason that most of them are most probably banging someone who works there. Simple as that.
As for Sarah's comments, they do seem way out of whack especially the amounts the girls earn. Don't think she deserved to be banned though (maybe the mod's got a little power crazy).
I hope this comment doesn't get removed, 'cos I'm f##kin suprised no-one else has said it. Why keep the uglies and let the sexies go? makes no-sense what-so-ever.

Well, either you got the wrong channel or the vision of beauty and sexy are very different from most of the ppl... All girls are there, when i ws thinking that evelyn or lilly roma left i was wrong and sammyrascal corrected me. But to say that the uglyest are still there i do not see what channels are you looking at...
They all are there, and probably is also true that they have found some sort of solution and another channel will open soon (read it here, about Fernanda facebook page telling that)
Also your allusion to a banging between staff and girls i found it a bit OT... even if it happen, is only their personal business, and has nothing to do with their job and what they do. And especially with you.

Pretty sure we know who it is as well, but agreed with Dannii that we won't say anything on here over the comment concerning her.
